The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” So I went down to the potter’s house and saw him working at the wheel. But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands, so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. Then the word of the Lord came to me. He said, “Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?” declares the Lord. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel. Jeremiah 18:1-6
Purpose Of The Process
God does not give us overcoming life— He gives us life as we overcome. Oswald Chambers

Relationships
Looking back over a lifetime of successes and failings, I can see how God worked in me His purpose through His process.
An open confession: I don’t like His processes, but He didn’t ask me.
So, I trust Him because:
He knows all.
He sees all.
He loves all.
Remember, the story doesn’t end here.
It is His Eternal Story.
Please be encouraged to trust His process because He is trustworthy, writing you and me into His story.
How have past experiences prepared you for your current circumstances?
When are you tempted to circumvent His process?
Describe a time when a trial you endured produced a fruitful outcome for you and others.
Lord, find us faithful, trusting you with every piece of our life. Regardless of the pain, darkness, or adversity, You are our Living Hope. Amen
