Righteous Control
"When things seem out of control, it is only out of your control. God is always in control. Trust Him." Tony Evans
Several years ago, I had a young couple whose livelihood was threatened.
She said, "Things seem so uncertain."
I replied, "They always are; sometimes, it is more obvious than others."
That is uncertain because we judge uncertainty and control by what we see and think we know.
Be cognitive of the "stories you are listening to in your head."
Are they stories of doom, gloom, and hopelessness?
If they are, then they are not the mind of Christ.
Remember that if the thoughts are not hopeful that God will be glorified, they are not from Him!
Our comfort should break out from knowing that our heavenly Papa knows all and loves us unconditionally.
He will make all things work for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
